DataVerse Technical Debt

We find that a significant form of Technical Debt in Microsoft Dataverse arises from the nature of Dataverse solutions combined with historical Poor Development Practices.

Typically this presents in the form of complex or failing solution export / import due to circular dependencies.

Following the guidance of others page we find that the solution is to Only have one unmanaged solution at any one time.
