Separate Gatsby Project For Foam

So far I have been publishing this Foam-based project using the Foam Gatsby template.

I'm bumping against two issues which are leading me to a different solution:

1. local development populates ./_layouts/npm_modules/ in the working copy, with devasting consequences for the response time of Foam as an editing tool

2. I want to add Gatsby plugins that aren't in Foam Gatsby template.
